A 36-year-old Castor Gardens woman died early Sunday of injuries she received in a two-car accident involving a vehicle that was traveling northbound in the southbound center lanes of the 7400 block of the Roosevelt Boulevard.
Pennsylvania State Police arrested 23 motorists for drunk-driving in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware counties during the Labor Day holiday period from Friday through Monday. Captain James P.
