A Holmesburg man was charged with murder after he allegedly shot another man in the face during an argument on Feb. 2. Claude Thomas, 27, of the 4700 block of Vista St., wounded Rasheed Shannon once in the face as the two quarreled in the street near Thomas’ home at about 1:45 p.m., police said. Emergency responders found Shannon, 25, on the 4900 block of Fitler St. and took him to Aria Health-Torresdale, where he died on Feb. 3.
