The Cheltenham Planning Commission has recommended that the Cheltenham Zoning Hearing Board reject the proposal. The zoning board was scheduled to meet Sept. 25, but the hearing was continued to Nov. 19.

In other news from the Oct. 16 LCA meeting, organizers for the Lawncrest 4th of July Celebration announced that St. William Catholic Church members will be parade grand marshals. St. William will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year.
