The Pennsylvania SPCA last week announced it rescued 13 cats from a home in Castor Gardens for numerous alleged violations, including unsanitary confinement.
Frankford’s “Cat Lady” has been acquitted of hundreds of animal abuse charges and intends to sue the SPCA for “destroying my life.”
