Dr. Bob Palma was recently inducted into the Frankford Northeast Philadelphia Rotary Club. He is shown with Rotary Club President Paul Stadelberger, the recently retired founding president and CEO of New Foundations Charter School, and membership chairwoman Margaret Kelly. Palma teaches anatomy and physiology at Community College of Philadelphia. He is a veteran and former president of a Rotary club in New York. He resides in Bustleton with his wife, Mary. Frankford Northeast Rotary meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month for lunch at noon at Maggie’s on the Waterfront. ••
