Neighbors had complained the building should be torn down, and a city contractor began that work — by hand — on July 21. The property’s owner, a Florida man, will be billed $34,000.
Two zoning issues will be on the agenda at the next monthly meeting of the East Torresdale Civic Association at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, at the Liberty Evangelical Free Church, Linden Avenue and Milnor Street.
