Frankford’s “Cat Lady” has been acquitted of hundreds of animal abuse charges and intends to sue the SPCA for “destroying my life.”
An elderly Bustleton resident rescued from his trash-packed and vermin-infested Bickley Street home in July was cited for cruelty to animals Dec. 5.
