The Mayfair Business Association will present the 37th annual Mayfair-Holmesburg Thanksgiving Parade on Sunday, Nov. 24, along Frankford Avenue. The parade will start at noon at Rhawn Street. It will proceed south to Knorr Street. The performing area will be at Tudor Street.
The proposed child day care center is out, while a non-denominational Christian church is coming to the former Northeast Community Center on Holme Avenue.
