Tickets are available for the Northeast Philadelphia Hall of Fame induction ceremony, to be held on Sunday, Oct. 19, at 1 p.m. at Holy Family University’s Education & Technology Center Building, Frankford and Grant avenues.
Funeral services are planned for Friday for Rhawnhurst’s Ed Kelly, founder of the wildly popular Pennypack Park Music Festival and former executive director of the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
