If the fight over the use of one little Bustleton house were a reality TV show, it would be called Zoning Wars. So far, there have been several episodes, and another is in production now.
After a long-delayed hearing on whether a Bustleton businessman may legally make dental retainers in a residentially zoned Haldeman Avenue property, members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment decided not to decide.
Leave the rats alone
Back in February 2009, some 1,500 people turned out at Anne Frank Elementary School in Bustleton to oppose a planned methadone clinic at Grant Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard.
