Video: Police seek to ID convenience store robbers

Two men robbed the Pantry 1 store on Torresdale Ave.

Philadelphia police seek the public’s help in identifying two men who robbed the Pantry 1 store at 5326 Torresdale Ave. on May 29.

Surveillance cameras recorded the crime in progress at about 8:36 p.m. One of the suspects pulled a gun on a 19-year-old clerk and demanded money while his accomplice stood nearby as a lookout.

The clerk surrendered an undisclosed amount of cash. Both robbers ran through an alley toward the 5300 block of Marsden Street, where they got into a car and drove away. Call 215–686-TIPS or text to PPD TIP to report information. ••
