Youth hockey players hit the ice at Wells Fargo

Face off: Several hundred local youth ice hockey players recently competed in a series of all-star games at the Wells Fargo Center. The boys, ages 4–15, were invited to play by Ed Snider, CEO of Comcast Spectacor. State Sen. John Sabatina Jr. (D-5th dist.) dropped the opening puck for the Torresdale Hockey Club all-star game. Joining him in the ceremony were hockey club director Joel Schriver (right) and players Danny Mackley (left), Olivia Schriver (second from right) and Brian Christy (center).
