Give some love to Alice, Kaya

Alice is a 3-month-old female terrier/Shepherd who weighs 15 pounds. When you meet her, it will be instant puppy love. The shelter volunteers carry her around like a baby, and Alice is non-stop kissy with them. This high-energy pup with a keen zest for life just loves everybody without exception. Warm, wiggly and cuddly, Alice needs a home where people have the time to train her unbridled enthusiasm as well as shower her with love. To meet Alice, email info@mlar.org. ••

Kaya is not as brave as her sister and will need time, love and patience to come out of her shell. She had quite a dramatic kitten-hood, being born in a junkyard, and spending the first few weeks of her life fending for herself couldn’t have been easy. She is cautious but playful.

Kaya is good with older children and cats, but has not met dogs.

Kaya, 4, is spayed and up to date on vaccines and tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.
