NLNA to meet
The Northern Liberties Neighbors Association will meet Thursday, Jan. 24, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Northern Liberties Community Center, 700 N. Third St. ••

Port Richmond Community Group to meet
On Thursday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m., join the PRCG at Our Lady Help of Christians Church Hall, on Allegheny Avenue at Gaul St., regarding neighborhood safety. The group will discuss the crime in Port Richmond and how it is being addressed. State Rep. John Taylor, Marc Collazzo, Esq., Lt. Vann of the 24th District and Sgt. Tigers’ poker tournament
The Port Richmond Tigers will sponsor a Texas hold ’em tournament Saturday, Jan. 26, at the Polish American Club, Allegheny Avenue at Richmond Street. Tournament at 7 p.m., registration at 6.

MDG fundraiser

‘Band Night’ at MDG

Tiger’s tot basketball
Port Richmond Tigers’ tot basketball signups will begin Monday, Jan. 28. Girls and boys ages 4 to 6 are welcome. Sign up at the Tigers’ clubhouse, Chatham and Ann streets, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. •• 

Yoga at St. Michael’s

Celebrate with St. Anne’s
St. Anne’s church, 2328 E. Lehigh Ave., signed an agreement with Villanova University to digitize  its cemetery records dating from 1845.

Cook-off and brew contest
On Feb. 10, from noon to 6 p.m., enjoy an endless supply of homemade chili and home brewed holiday ale. Fifteen dollars will get you in the door. Home brewers and chili cooks will be competing for bragging rights.

Auditions for Bridesburg's 'Company B'
Singers, dancers or anyone ages 8 to 18 interested in becoming a member of the musical theatre group can attend open auditions for the spring musical on Saturday, Jan. 26. This winter, the Bridesburg Recreation Center is offering a wide range of adult activities, including: Zumba classes on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings; ceramics on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m.; scrapbooking on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 9 p.m.; a ladies’ bowling league on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. at Erie Lanes, 1300 E. Lutheran Settlement House annual Wildwood trip
Sign up way ahead of time for the LSH seinor's trip to Wildwood, N.J. on Sunday, June 2 until Friday, June 7 for a week pacekd with dinners, shows and lots of fun. This year, the seniors will head to the Rehoboth Beach outlets via the beautiful refurbished Cape May-Lewes Ferry. Kids' basketball at Hancock Rec.
The Hancock Rec. Center basketball program will be registering children ages 7 to 12 for its basketball clinic and league for 2013. The clinic will be held at Moffet Elementary School, Oxford and Mascher streets. Children can enroll Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. All children must participate in the clinic to be eligible to play in the league.
