The Mayfair Civic Association last week selected three houses as the winners of its second annual Halloween decoration contest. The winning homes are located on the 3200 block of Friendship St., the 3300 block of Glenview St. and the 2800 block of Fanshawe St. A panel of judges scored the 36 houses that were nominated for the contest.
