Tires on 16 cars slashed in Lawncrest

Tires on 16 cars were slashed, possibly by a dog-walker, on several Lawncrest streets early on Dec. 22.

Surveillance cameras in the area recorded the suspect as he walked along the sidewalk holding a small dog on a leash in one hand, with his other hand inside his jacket pocket. In one of the clips, he can be seen removing his right hand from his pocket and crouching next to several parked cars in rapid succession. The crimes likely happened around 2 a.m.
