In response to the brazenly violent shooting, the United States Marshals office is now offering a $1,500 reward for information that would lead to the apprehension of murder suspect Vincent Leach, who is also known by the name “Huddy.”

According to the Marshal’s Office, Leach is wanted for murder for his suspected involvement in the shooting, which took place at about 3:30 p.m., on August 7 at 2245 E. Ann St.

At that time, law enforcement officials say Leach shot and killed Yavonne Burch, 22, in front of her home, when the two were involved in an argument over a vehicle.

On Monday, Aug. 22, law enforcement officials said Burch had borrowed Leach’s girlfriend’s car, and the suspected murderer wanted it back.

Officials described the 26-year-old Leach as standing about 6 feet tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He’s described as having black hair, brown eyes, and has a red tattoo of the letters “HRAM” on his left forearm.

His last known address is along the 2005 block of E. Cambria Street.

The Marshal’s Office is currently offering a $1,500 reward for information leading to Leach’s arrest.

All tips should be called into the U.S. Marshal 24-hour tip-line at 1–866–865-TIPS(8477).
