Tribute to poet Lou McKee

Moonstone Arts Center is planning a remembrance tribute for poet Lou McKee, who taught for many years at Father Judge High School.

The tribute is coming 12 years after his passing in 2011, a sign of the impact he had on the poetry community in Philadelphia.

Larry Robin of Moonstone is accepting submissions of poetry at https://moonstoneartscenter.submittable.com/submit.

The deadline for submissions is Nov. 5.

The readings will take place at Fergie’s Pub, 1214 Sansom St., on Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. ••
