Hamels Foundation donates $5K to St. Jerome School

The St. Jerome School Advancement Board announced on May 12 that the Hamels Foundation has awarded a $5,000 Partners in Education Grant to the school for the second consecutive year. The grant will support the purchase of STEM engineering sets such as Lego and K’nex Education kits.

The new supplies will be a great addition to the school’s state-of-the-art STEM lab. Cole and Heidi Hamels delivered the checks during the School Media Day. St. Jerome is one of just eight schools in the city to receive the Hamels Foundation grant. ••
