Archdiocese reschedules Christmas concert

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has rescheduled its 26th annual Christmas Concert due to last Sunday’s snow storm. The concert will now be held on Sunday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m. at Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary. Admission is free.

The Seminary invites the public to an evening of religious music and prayer during the Advent season. This year’s theme is “Holy Family: Lessons from Nazareth.” More than 50 international Christmas creches will be on display before the concert in the seminary’s Ryan Memorial Library. The performance will be held in The Chapel of Saint Martin of Tours, 100 E. Wynnewood Road, Wynnewood.

A free-will offering will be collected at intermission to benefit Philadelphia’s Holy Family Home, which is administered by the Little Sisters of the Poor. ••
