The Rev. Alfonso Concha is retiring after seven years as pastor.

The Rev. Augusto Concha, the pastor’s older brother who is already retired, is also leaving the rectory after a decade, most recently in service to the Hispanic community.

The Rev. Chris Walsh, pastor at St. Cecilia, joined in the celebration, as parishioners enjoyed pastries, coffee and water and took home St. William T-shirts, tote bags and prayer cards.

Parishioners gave the Revs. Al and Gus Concha cards, gifts, photo albums and frames.

The Conchas will be leaving on June 19.

The new leader at St. William will be the Rev. Francesco D’Amico, a native of Italy who is presently a parochial vicar at St. Aloysius Parish in Pottstown. He will serve as parochial administrator. ••
