Bank robber sought

The FBI/Philadelphia Police Violent Crimes Task Force seeks the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed a Frankford bank on Feb. 11.

The robber entered the Wells Fargo branch at 5119 Frankford Ave. at 4:47 p.m., handed a threatening demand note to a teller, obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot.

Authorities described the robber as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a medium build, and sporting a  moustache and a beard. He wore a green coat with fur trim on the hood, along with a dark baseball cap with a “P” logo.
