The Autistic Art Coalition of Philadelphia recently celebrated its first anniversary with an exhibition at the Tacony LAB Community Art Center, 6918 Torresdale Ave.

Colleen Ott founded the Autistic Art Coalition, which meets every other Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Tacony LAB. The group is for autistic, neurodivergent and intellectually disabled people.

The art will be on exhibit until June 30. The evening also featured snacks, drinks, a video and music by guitarist Tom Bak and his former teacher, Shana Pistilli.

Among those on hand were Jane Golden, executive director of Mural Arts Philadelphia, and Barb Baur, project manager of Tacony LAB. ••
