The dog is very shy, but with enough patience and treats, you’ll have yourself a new best friend.

Coco is super affectionate, loves butt scratches and will definitely find her way into your heart.

Theo is a playful, fun-loving guy who loves chasing his siblings and his housemates, and enjoys playing in the cat tunnel and batting jingle balls, then curling up with anyone who will join him for a nap. He is in the care of Northeast Animal Rescue.

Theo is a purr machine who will settle down at the end of the night and watch TV with you. He does have a chronic watery eye, but it does not require medication. He is shy with new people, but once he warms up, you have a friend for life.

Theo, 6, is neutered and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

For more information, to fill out an application or to volunteer at one of Northeast Animal Rescue’s three Pet Valu locations, visit nar.rescuegroups.org. ••
