“The outpouring of support for James O’Connor IV, his family and Philadelphia Police Department has been overwhelming,” FOP 5 President John McNesby said in a statement. “Residents and police officers all across the region are looking to aid and support the family.”

A Benefit for our Hero in memory of O’Connor that was planned for Friday has been postponed, as the FOP lounge is closed due to the coronvirus.

In addition, O’Connor’s funeral that had been scheduled for Thursday and Friday this week has been postponed due to coronavirus.
