A total of 408 Mansfield University students have been named to the dean’s list. To be named to the dean’s list, a student must attend the university full-time and earn at least a 3.5 GPA. Area students who earned this recognition were Brittany Blair and Willie Scott.

Veronika Vanisheuskaya graduated from Paul Smith’s College. Vanisheuskaya earned a bachelor of science degree in hotel, resort and tourism management from Paul Smith’s, which is located in Adirondack Park in upstate New York.

Kathleen Brown was among the University of Scranton students inducted into Chi Delta Rho, the university’s chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, the international honor society for counseling. The international honor society was established in 1985 to recognize outstanding achievement and service within the profession of counseling. The university’s chapter of the honor society was established in 1994. Brown is a graduate in the Panuska College of Professional Studies at the Jesuit university.

Ryan W. Muldoon was among the 476 students who graduated at Lebanon Valley College’s 147th commencement exercises. The 369 graduating seniors were joined by 37 doctor of physical therapy candidates and 70 master’s degree candidates. Muldoon received a bachelor of science in accounting. He is a graduate of Father Judge High School.

Over 760 students received degrees at York College’s commencement exercises. Ketsy Caraballo-Garcia and Amanda Carman graduated summa cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Early Elementary/Special Education. Maggie McClay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.

Luis Pena graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. Pena earned a bachelor of science in computer science.

Lebanon Valley College celebrated its 147th commencement, in which 476 students received their degrees in Sorrentino Gymnasium. The 369 graduating seniors were joined by 37 doctor of physical therapy candidates and 70 master’s degree candidates. The graduates included Ryan W. Muldoon, a Father Judge graduate who earned a degree in accounting.

The following area residents were among the 1,047 students who graduated from Millersville University during the recent undergraduate commencement ceremony at Biemesderfer Stadium: Tatiana Baker (Business Administration), Stephanie Bradley (Social Work), Aracelis Garcia-Lucas (Nursing), Kevin Lubin (Economics), Nicole Rodriguez Hidalgo (Business Administration) and Benjamin Suwala (Business Administration).

Shirley Hutson graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Christian University with a bachelor of arts in Leadership and Ministry. Hutson is a member of the Pinnacle Honor Society.

Colby-Sawyer College (New Hampshire) has named Kevin Richardson to the dean’s list for academic achievement. Richardson is majoring in business administration and is a member of the class of 2018. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must achieve a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours.

Emmanuel Juah was among nearly 700 students who graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. Juah graduated with a BFA in Studio Art. ••
