2nd Police District
• There were 21 robberies in the district during the period, including 15 that occurred in the street at 1400 Elbridge St. (Dec. 15), 5700 Langdon St. (Dec. 15), 1400 Magee Ave. (Dec. 18), 700 Adams Ave. (Dec. 21), 1300 Hellerman St. (Dec. 21), 1500 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 24), 6700 Large St. (Dec. 14), 6800 Sylvester St. (Dec. 15), 1300 Magee Ave. (Dec. 18), 2100 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 21), 6000 Rising Sun Ave. (Dec. 21), 2100 Unruh Ave. (Dec. 21), 800 Tyson Ave. (Dec. 22), 2300 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 24) and 6700 Akron St. (Dec. 22). In addition, five robberies occurred at businesses at 6800 Rising Sun Ave. (Dec. 16 and 24), 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 15), 7000 Castor Ave. (Dec. 23) and 6400 Castor Ave. (Dec. 14). One other robbery occurred at a residence at 2000 Vista St. (Dec. 19).
• Nine aggravated assaults were reported to police, including six that occurred in the street at 500 E. Hill Creek Drive (Dec. 14), 7900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 19), 6100 Elmhurst Terrace (two on Dec. 20), 2000 Cottman Ave. (Dec. 18) and 600 Alcott St. (Dec. 24). Additional cases were reported at three residences at 900 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 14), 1400 Benner St. (Dec. 16) and 1300 Gilham St. (Dec. 19).
• Among 12 burglaries reported in the district, nine involved residences at 2200 Glenview St. (Dec. 14), 500 E. Cheltenham Ave. (Dec. 17), 6300 Argyle St. (Dec. 25), 7300 Shisler St. (Dec. 25), 1100 Englewood St. (Dec. 27), 1800 Faunce St. (Dec. 25), 6700 Souder St. (Dec. 21), 7200 Bradford St. (Dec. 26) and 5900 Crystal St. (Dec. 21). Two businesses also were burglarized at 4800 Summerdale Ave. (Dec. 23) and 6200 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 20). One more burglary occurred at a daycare center at 6000 Castor Ave. (Dec. 24).
• There were 112 thefts reported in the district, including 38 at businesses, 12 in the street and one at residences, along with 19 auto thefts, four auto tag thefts and 38 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• Two robberies were reported during the period, one of which occurred at a business at 1900 Welsh Road (Dec. 17) and another at a parking facility at 9900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 19).
• There were two aggravated assaults reported to police, one of which occurred in the street at 10100 Northeast Blvd. (Dec. 19) and another at a residence at 9200 Old Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 24).
• Eight burglaries were reported during the period, including seven that involved residences at 200 Ridgeway Plaza (two on Dec. 17), 100 Gardner St. (Dec. 17), 800 Marchman Road (Dec. 17), 500 Strahle St. (Dec. 19), 1800 Hoffnagle St. (Dec. 21) and 9900 Ferndale St. (Dec. 14). One additional case occurred at a business at 9900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 17).
• Thirty-two thefts were reported to police, including eight that occurred at businesses, five in the street, one at a residence and one at a medical facility. There also were two auto thefts and 15 thefts from autos reported in the district.
8th Police District
• There were four robberies reported in the district, including one in the street at 3600 E. Crown Ave. (Dec. 14), one at a business at 10500 Knights Road (Dec. 15), one at a residence at 8000 Walker St. (Dec. 14) and one at a bank at 2500 Grant Ave. (Dec. 23).
• Two aggravated assaults were reported in the district, including one that occurred in the street at Chalfont Drive and Kipling Lane (Dec. 24), along with one at a residence at 8300 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 19).
• There were seven burglaries reported in the district, including six that involved residences at 8600 Jackson St. (Dec. 14), 4600 Pennypack St. (Dec. 17), 8800 Blue Grass Road (Dec. 18), 3100 Draper St. (Dec. 16), 3900 Rowena Drive (Dec. 17) and 4600 Fitler St. (Dec. 26), while one occurred at a business at 3800 Morrell Ave. (Dec. 16).
• There were 76 thefts reported in the district, including 25 at businesses, six in the street, three at residences and one at a school. There also were nine auto thefts, four auto tag thefts and 28 thefts from autos reported during the period.
15th Police District
• Twenty-two robberies were reported to police, including 19 that occurred in the street at 6700 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 14), 5100 Marlow St. (Dec. 14), Arrott and Griscom streets (Dec. 15), 5100 Duffield St. (two on Dec. 15 and one on Dec. 16), 6100 Torresdale Ave. (Dec. 17), 5200 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 17), 7300 Ditman St. (Dec. 20), 6800 Ditman St. (Dec. 21), 1900 Auth St. (Dec. 24), 5700 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 27), 2100 Bridge St. (Dec. 27), 4500 Penn St. (Dec. 16), 5400 Sylvester St. (Dec. 26), 4700 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 14), 3500 Tudor St. (Dec. 20), 5900 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 21) and 4500 Tackawanna St. (Dec. 22). Additional robberies were reported at a residence at 1900 Church St. (Dec. 24), at a business at 5200 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 16) and at a bank at 7300 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 14).
• There were 22 aggravated assaults during the period, including nine in the street at 4900 Darrah St. (two on Dec. 15), 2300 Church St. (Dec. 22), 2100 Anchor St. (Dec. 23), 6900 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 24), Leon and Tudor streets (two on Dec. 25), 4900 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 16) and 4100 Comly St. (Dec. 18). Eight additional cases were reported at residences at 1600 Orthodox St. (Dec. 14), 5200 Burton St. (Dec. 15), 6800 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 16), 3200 Wellington St. (Dec. 17), 5000 Oxford Ave. (Dec. 16), 2900 Gilham St. (Dec. 19), 4600 Shelmire Ave. (Dec. 21) and 2900 Benner St. (Dec. 17), while two occurred at businesses at 5900 Bustleton Ave. (Dec. 19) and 7100 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 18). Other aggravated assaults were reported at a public utility facility at 6800 Roosevelt Blvd. (Dec. 16), a police station at 2800 Levick St. (Dec. 16) and a school at 3200 Ryan Ave. (Dec. 15).
• Among 23 burglaries reported to police, 21 involved residences at 1100 Allengrove St. (two on Dec. 15), 6700 Ditman St. (Dec. 17), 4700 Knorr St. (Dec. 21), 4100 Paul St. (Dec. 24), 5400 Horrocks St. (Dec. 20), 1100 Overington St. (Dec. 23), 2000 Orthodox St. (Dec. 26), 4600 Ditman St. (Dec. 22), 4400 Benner St. (Dec. 14), 6100 Erdrick St. (Dec. 14), 4700 Lansing St. (Dec. 21), 6600 Vandike St. (Dec. 23), 1100 Harrison St. (Dec. 18), 4700 Richmond St. (Dec. 18), 5000 Cottage St. (Dec. 20), 4100 Devereaux Ave. (Dec. 22), 3400 Oakmont St. (Dec. 25), 6400 Edmund St. (Dec. 26), 1300 Dyre St. (Dec. 26) and 4700 Large St. (Dec. 23). Two additional burglaries occurred at businesses at 6800 New State Road (Dec. 24) and 4900 Frankford Ave. (Dec. 18).
• There were 179 thefts reported in the district, including 28 that occurred in the street, 22 at businesses, nine at residences and one at a public transit facility. There also were 49 auto thefts, 13 auto tag thefts and 57 thefts from autos during the period. ••
