Crime Log: April 13, 2016

As reported by Northeast Detectives. Does not include homicides, sexual assaults, narcotics offenses or other specific crimes investigated by special police units. All locations listed by block, not by exact address.

2nd Police District

• There were 10 robberies reported in the district, including seven that occurred in the street at 1100 Rosalie St. (March 23), 2100 Friendship St. (March 28), 7100 Pennway St. (April 1), 6400 Oxford Ave. (April 1), 6300 Castor Ave. (March 28), 1000 Levick St. (March 30) and 1000 Rhawn St. (April 1). Three robberies also occurred at businesses at 5600 Rising Sun Ave. (March 31), 900 Levick St. (March 22) and 7400 Bustleton Ave. (March 28).

• Nine aggravated assaults were reported during the period, five of which occurred in the street at 7900 Bustleton Ave. (March 22), 1400 Lardner St. (March 27), 1200 Tyson Ave. (March 27), 2200 Princeton Ave. (April 3) and 5600 Langdon St. (March 21). There also were three aggravated assaults at residences at 400 Longshore Ave. (two on March 21) and 6700 Rutland St. (March 30), as well as one at a school at 1600 Cottman Ave. (March 31).

• Among 10 burglaries reported to police, nine occurred at residences at 6400 Akron St. (March 27), 1200 Hellerman St. (March 31), 900 Princeton Ave. (March 24), 7600 Dorcas St. (March 31), 800 Levick St. (April 1), 1100 Glenview St. (March 26), 7700 Oxford Ave. (March 27), 7200 Large St. (March 25) and 7900 Langdon St. (March 28). One additional case occurred at a daycare facility at 1200 E. Cheltenham Ave. (April 2).

• There were 91 thefts reported in the district, including 35 at businesses, 11 in the street, five at residences, one at a daycare facility and one at a public transit facility. There also were 15 auto thefts, 17 thefts from autos and six auto tag thefts during the period.

7th Police District

• Two robberies were reported during the period, both of which occurred in the street at 10900 Bustleton Ave. (March 21) and at Bustleton and Solly avenues (April 3).

• There were four aggravated assaults reported in the district, including two that occurred in the street at 400 Jeanes St. (March 25) and 500 Lawler St. (April 1). Additional cases were reported at a residence at 10000 Jeanes St. (March 29) and a school at 10100 Bustleton Ave. (April 1).

• Five burglaries occurred during the period, including four that involved businesses at 12000 Bustleton Ave. (March 27), 9400 Bustleton Ave. (March 26 and 27) and 11700 Bustleton Ave. (March 23), as well as one that involved a residence at 13400 Trevose Road (March 27).

• There were 42 thefts reported to police, including 12 at businesses, six in the street and one each at a residence, a school, a skating rink and an unspecified type of location. There also were four auto thefts, 14 thefts from autos and two auto tag thefts reported.

8th Police District

• Three robberies were reported in the district, including one in the street at 3000 Willits Road (March 23), one at a business at 2500 Welsh Road (April 2) and one at an unspecified type of location at 12000 Glenfield St. (March 26).

• There were nine aggravated assaults reported during the period, four of which occurred in the street at Dunks Ferry and Byberry roads (April 2), 3600 E. Crown Ave. (March 22), 9400 Roosevelt Blvd. (March 23) and 8200 State Road (March 23). Meanwhile, two occurred at residences at 3400 Ashfield Lane (March 22) and 3700 Genesee Drive (March 27). Additional cases were reported at a city prison at 8200 State Road (two on March 23), along with a business at 12300 Academy Road (March 30).

• Among nine burglaries reported to police, seven involved residences at 3800 Janice St. (March 30), 8100 Brous Ave. (March 31), 9300 Ashton Road (March 25), 13000 Townsend Road (March 21), 12500 Fedor Road (April 3), 3000 Holme Ave. (March 26) and 8000 Ditman St. (April 3). Two more burglaries occurred at businesses at 9900 Frankford Ave. (March 21) and 9700 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 1).

• There were 54 thefts reported in the district, including 19 at businesses, four at residences and one in the street, along with 10 auto thefts, 17 thefts from autos and four auto tag thefts.

15th Police District

• There were 19 robberies reported in the district, including 13 that occurred in the street at 4000 Creston St. (March 24), 1800 Pear St. (March 28 and April 3), 4700 Marple St. (March 28), 6700 Hegerman St. (April 1), 7700 Jackson St. (April 1), 4800 Frankford Ave. (March 27), Roosevelt Boulevard and F Street (March 22), 6500 Torresdale Ave. (March 23), 5200 Frankford Ave. (March 23), 5100 Frankford Ave. (March 24), 4800 Hawthorne St. (March 31) and 5400 Rutland St. (March 28). Robberies also occurred at four businesses at 5200 Torresdale Ave. (March 26), 5200 Harbison Ave. (March 27), 7100 Torresdale Ave. (March 31) and 4500 Thompson St. (March 29), as well as one residence at 1900 Haworth St. (March 22). One robbery occurred at an unspecified type of location at 4100 Magee Ave. (March 31).

• Twenty-seven aggravated assaults were reported to police, 15 of which occurred in the street at 1200 Sanger St. (March 26), 4200 Passmore St. (March 27), 1300 Sanger St. (April 1), 7100 Tulip St. (two cases on March 24), 2000 Wakeling St. (March 31), 4700 Lansing St. (April 2), 2000 Carver St. (March 31), 7000 Ditman St. (April 1), Glenloch and Wakeling streets (March 21), 6300 Battersby St. (March 22), 5200 Marlow St. (March 23), 1900 Harrison St. (April 2 and 3) and at Frankford Avenue and Pratt Street (March 21). Nine additional cases occurred at residences at 5900 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 1), 3200 Princeton Ave. (March 28), 1300 Sellers St. (March 29), 2800 Devereaux Ave. (March 22), 4400 Almond St. (March 27), 6600 Marsden St. (April 2), 1900 Auth St. (April 2), 1500 Overington St. (March 25) and 5800 Walker St. (March 27), while two occurred at businesses at 4600 Penn St. (March 23) and 3500 Cottman Ave. (March 26). One aggravated assault was reported at a school at Glenloch and Wakeling streets (March 21).

• Among 32 burglaries reported to police, 23 involved residences at 4200 Shelmire Ave. (March 21), 6800 Jackson St. (March 23), 2000 Wilmot St. (March 27), 1200 Fillmore St. (March 29), 4600 Castor Ave. (March 31), 6700 Jackson St. (March 31), 5500 Large St. (April 2), 4200 Romain St. (March 21), 4900 Wellington St. (March 31), 2000 Bridge St. (April 1), 4700 Griscom St. (March 22), 1500 Rosalie St. (March 21), 4100 Knorr St. (March 21), 4200 Hellerman St. (March 25), 2000 Carver St. (March 21), 4800 Mulberry St. (March 21), 3100 Windish St. (March 23), 4100 Greeby St. (April 2), 3100 Levick St. (April 2), 4400 McKinley St. (March 31), 4200 Salmon St. (two on March 26) and 6900 Keystone St. (April 3). Five additional burglaries occurred at businesses at 2100 Church St. (March 29), 6400 Frankford Ave. (April 3), 5200 Torresdale Ave. (March 29), 4600 Frankford Ave. (March 30) and 4300 Josephine St. (April 2), while four occurred at unspecified types of properties at 4900 Longshore Ave. (March 23), 6300 Tacony St. (March 31), 6600 Frankford Ave. (March 24) and 2900 Bridge St. (March 27).

• There were 123 thefts reported in the district, including 21 in the street, 15 at businesses and seven at residences. There also were 29 auto thefts, 44 thefts from autos and seven auto tag thefts during the period. ••
