Police seek help in finding missing boy

Philadelphia police seek the public’s help in finding a Tacony boy who has a “mild cognitive disability” and was last seen on Nov. 4 at his home.

Joshua Colon, 11, was last seen at about 3 p.m. on the 6600 block of Erdrick St. He is 5 feet 3 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a short-sleeved green shirt, black and gray jogging pants and red and gray Reebok sneakers. He was riding a small blue Huffy bicycle.
