Event to aid trap/neuter/return programs is Sunday

Best Friends Animal Society and Handcraft Workshop have partnered for an upcoming event to support their trap/neuter/return programs. The event will be held on Sunday, June 7 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at Handcraft Workshop, 7224 Germantown Ave. Volunteers are needed to cut fabric, pin, iron and fold completed trap covers. These covers help keep community cats calm in TNR traps so their journeys to the spay/neuter clinic and back to their outdoor homes are less stressful.
