The video recording device documented the theft, which occurred at Wawa, 9307 Krewstown Road, on March 29. Police said that the man approached the sales counter and asked an employee for two cartons of Newports. When the clerk placed the items on the counter, the suspect asked about other merchandise. When the employee turned, the thief grabbed the cartons and ran.

He was described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, thin and clean shaven. He wore a gray Jeff cap, dark suit jacket, a white button-down shirt and faded black jeans with rips.
