A 22-year-old woman missing from her Northeast home since Sept. 19 has been found, police reported on Monday.

Mariah Gray of the 6300 block of Algon Ave. was found in good condition and reunited with her family, police said. Further details were not available. ••

EARLIER:

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman missing from the 6300 block of Algon Ave. Mariah Gray, 22, has not been seen since Sept. 19, police said.

Gray is intellectually disabled and suffers from seizures. She left her home on Sept. 19 and never returned. She frequents Frankford and North Philadelphia. She was reported missing by her mother on Sept. 25. She was last seen wearing a dark brown jacket, black pants, and red and white sneakers. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
