Philadelphia police have announced the results of three more prostitution enforcement stings in the city.
Two Northeast residents were among five men arrested by Philadelphia police on June 10 during one operation in the 24th district. Officers from the City Wide Vice Unit carried out the sting in typical fashion, posing as decoy hookers in an area known for open-air prostitution. Each of the defendants is accused of offering to pay an undercover cop for sex. They include Brandon Lewis Seals, 41, of the 4700 block of Loring St. in Holmesburg, and Victor Clark, 36, of the 4600 block of Griscom St. in Frankford. Other defendants were Jorge L. Perez, 33, of Juniata Park; and Jack Ivan Hart, 62, of Huntingdon Valley. In addition to the arrests, police confiscated $2,424 cash and four motor vehicles.
Additional stings occurred on June 16 in the 26th district and last Thursday in the 16th district. In the earlier case, six men were arrested including Mark Sanders, 55, Rory Eskridge, 32, and Dennis Mease, 55, of West Philly; Martez Stubbs, 22, and Kendell Harris, 18, of North Philly; and Desmond Bromell, 37, of Logan. Police seized $405 cash and four vehicles.
Last Thursday, eight men were arrested including Chiheam Jones, 29, of the 5200 block of Hawthorne St. in Frankford; Omar Barraza, 50, of West Kensington; Bogdan Jastrzebski, 59, of Port Richmond; Jose Luis DelValle, 50, of Harrowgate; Richard Moyer, 58, of Churchville, Bucks County; Jameil Chappelle, 32, of North Philly; Kevin Cooper, a.k.a. Kenny Brown, 53, of North Philly; and Senh Van, 36, of Kensington. Police seized $968 cash and six vehicles that day. ••
