Lawndale nightclub worker shot

North­east De­tect­ives are look­ing for two men they be­lieve were in­volved in a June 20 shoot­ing in Lawndale.

Po­lice said one of the two fired a gun in­to a crowd ex­it­ing the Ren­dez­vous Club on the 6300 block of Rising Sun Av­en­ue after 2 a.m., strik­ing a 19-year-old club em­ploy­ee in his left thigh. The gun­man fled on foot. The shoot­ing vic­tim was taken to Al­bert Ein­stein Med­ic­al Cen­ter, treated for his wound and re­leased.

Po­lice de­scribed the gun­man as black, 20 years old and wear­ing a blue shirt, green shorts and blue shoes. The man with him was black, 20, and wear­ing a blue shirt and jean shorts. Po­lice said the second man re­turned to the scene wear­ing a gray sweat­shirt and blue pants.
