Local business celebrates grand opening of new office

Exit Premi­er Re­alty last week cel­eb­rated the grand open­ing of its of­fice at 8021-A Castor Gar­dens in Rhawn­hurst.

The com­pany had been loc­ated at 1500 Magee Ave. (at Castor Av­en­ue) in Castor Gar­dens.

Among those at­tend­ing the Feb. 20 cel­eb­ra­tion were state Sen. An­thony Wil­li­ams, state Rep. Mark Co­hen and To­mas Sanc­hez, a Demo­crat­ic can­did­ate in the 2nd Sen­at­ori­al Dis­trict race. Guests were treated to cham­pagne and cheese.

Co­hen was im­pressed with the new of­fice, call­ing it lar­ger and more mod­ern and ac­cess­ible.

“Mario and Exit Re­alty are an im­port­ant part of North­east Phil­adelphia,” he said of broker Mario Fer­reira. “They are very con­sumer-ori­ented.” ••
