A would-be robber dressed the part of Brian Westbrook, but he performed more like Happy Feller as he failed to grab a woman’s cash at a Castor Gardens pharmacy on Feb. 1.

The crime occurred at about 6:10 p.m. at the CVS at 6515 Castor Ave. A woman was waiting for her prescription to be filled when an unidentified man wearing an Eagles №36 jersey made a move for the cash in her hand. When the victim resisted, another patron intervened and helped repel the robber.

The crook was last seen fleeing the store and running toward Castor Ave. He was described as black and 5 feet 11 inches tall with a medium build. He wore a black and white bandana, a baseball cap and a green Eagles №36 jersey.
