Nazareth Hospital holds weight-loss sessions
Nazareth Hospital will hold free monthly information sessions on bariatric surgery options and support services beginning on Monday, Jan. 12.
Guests can ask Dr. E. Adam Goldenberg questions about weight-loss procedures and how bariatric surgery can improve conditions such as diabetes, sleep apnea, gastrointestinal distress, joint pain and high blood pressure.
Other 2015 sessions will take place on Feb. 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 8, July 13, Aug. 10, Sept. 14, Oct. 12, Nov. 9 and Dec. 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month in the hospital’s Marian Conference Center. Nazareth Hospital is located at 2601 Holme Ave.

Father Judge/St. Hubert financial aid night
The guidance departments of Father Judge and St. Hubert high schools will sponsor a financial aid night on Thursday, Jan. 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the auditorium of Father Judge.
All parents of seniors are encouraged to attend. Junior parents are also welcome. They are asked to bring their Free Application For Federal Student Aid worksheets.
Guest speaker Bonnie Behm, director of financial assistance at Villanova University, will be providing information on the financial aid process and the FAFSA form. ••
