Surveillance videos released in Frankford armed robbery

Po­lice have re­leased sur­veil­lance video of a gun­point rob­bery that oc­curred on a Frank­ford street on Ju­ly 14.

The sick-up oc­curred at about 12:04 p.m. when the vic­tim, a 32-year-old man, was stand­ing on the 4600 block of Duf­field St. hold­ing a plastic bag of money and wait­ing for a friend, said po­lice, who did not dis­close the amount of cash in­volved. Two un­known men ap­proached the vic­tim and poin­ted hand­guns at him. After ob­tain­ing the cash, the rob­bers fled on foot south­bound on Duf­field St. No in­jur­ies were re­por­ted.

One rob­ber was de­scribed as black, 28 to 32 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 200 pounds with a light com­plex­ion, a full beard, a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The second rob­ber was de­scribed as black, 28 to 35 years old, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 185 pounds with a dark­er com­plex­ion, clean shaven face, a red, tan and blue base­ball cap, a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
