While the true Hal­loween rev­elry won’t hit the neigh­bor­hoods un­til to­mor­row, plenty of loc­als cel­eb­rated the spook­i­est of hol­i­days throughout Oc­to­ber. Have a safe and happy Hal­loween, River Wards!
