April 22 through May 5

This summary is based on reports by Northeast Detectives. It does not include homicides, sexual assaults, narcotics offenses or other specific crimes investigated by specialty police units. All locations are listed by block, not by exact address.

2nd Police District

• There were 16 robberies reported to police during the period, including 11 that occurred in the street at 5900 Reach St. (April 22), 6000 Palmetto St. (April 22), 300 Lardner St. (April 22), 5600 Loretto Ave. (April 25), 5900 Agusta St. (April 30), 6900 Rutland St. (May 1), 6600 Bustleton Ave. (May 4), 6200 Souder St. (May 1), 2100 Unruh Ave. (May 1), 5600 Rising Sun Ave. (May 4) and 5800 Oxford Ave. (May 4). Robberies also occurred at four businesses at 6400 Castor Ave. (April 23), 6400 Oxford Ave. (April 26), 2100 Cottman Ave. (April 28) and 7300 Bustleton Ave. (April 24), along with one residence at 800 Bridge St. (May 1).

• Among 10 aggravated assaults reported to police, five occurred in the street at 6100 Alma St. (April 25), 1300 Fanshawe St. (April 27), 800 Brill St. (April 29), 500 Carver St. (May 1) and 900 Cottman Ave. (May 2). Two occurred at businesses at 6600 Castor Ave. (both on May 1), while two occurred at residences at 6700 Oakley St. (April 28) and 1100 Alcott St. (May 1). One additional case was reported at a school at 6400 Horrocks St. (May 3).

• There were 25 burglaries reported during the period, 18 of which involved residences at 6100 Castor Ave. (April 24), 6600 Tabor Ave. (April 26), 900 Kerper St. (May 2), 7000 Lynford St. (April 29), 5700 Colgate St. (April 22), 5600 E. Cheltenham Ave. (April 29), 1000 E. Cheltenham Ave. (April 29), 600 Princeton Ave. (May 4), 6100 Palmetto St. (April 23 and May 4), 500 Levick St. (April 26), 1100 Passmore St. (April 30), 500 Devereaux Ave. (May 1), 700 Magee Ave. (May 2), 800 Cottman Ave. (May 2), 1400 Vista St. (May 2), 1400 Unruh Ave. (April 23) and 6600 Oxford Ave. (May 2). Five other burglaries occurred at businesses at 5700 Newtown Ave. (April 29), 6300 Rising Sun Ave. (May 2), 7500 Castor Ave. (April 27), 7300 Castor Ave. (April 26) and 6000 Oxford Ave. (April 24), while one occurred at a place of worship at 1100 Hartel Ave. (April 23) and one at an unspecified type of property at 7300 Tabor Ave. (April 26).

• Ninety-nine thefts were reported in the district, including 35 at businesses, 15 in the street and four at residences, along with 21 auto thefts, 19 thefts from autos and five auto tag thefts.

7th Police District

• Four robberies were reported in the district, including three that occurred in the street at 8200 Roosevelt Blvd. (May 5), 1700 Fox Chase Road (April 27) and 8100 Castor Ave. (May 5), as well as one at a residence at 600 Avon St. (April 26).

• All three aggravated assaults reported to police occurred in the street at 600 Rennard St. (May 5), 2200 Strahle St. (April 25) and 8300 Castor Ave. (April 30).

• There were six burglaries reported during the period, five of which involved residences at 1000 Bloomfield Ave. (April 22), 2100 Welsh Road (April 23), 2000 Fuller St. (May 2), 500 Arnold St. (April 25) and 10100 Ferndale St. (May 1). One burglary occurred at a business at 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 29).

• Among 45 thefts reported during the period, seven occurred in the street, six at businesses, five at residences, three at schools and two at unspecified types of locations, while there were 10 auto thefts, 10 thefts from autos and two auto tag thefts.

8th Police District

• Nine robberies were reported in the district, including five that occurred in the street at 12100 Ranier Road (April 27), 4800 Grant Ave. (April 29), 2700 Tolbut St. (April 24), 3600 Salina Road (April 28) and 9100 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 29), along with four that occurred at businesses at 8900 Frankford Ave. (May 2), 2500 Grant Ave. (May 2), 1200 Franklin Mills Circle (April 29) and 9700 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 26).

• There were five aggravated assaults reported during the period, two of which occurred in the street at 9800 Garvey Drive (April 29) and 10500 Knights Road (April 27). Additional cases occurred at a residence at 9900 Academy Road (May 4) and two prison facilities at 8200 State Road (April 30) and 8300 State Road (April 28).

• Ten burglaries were reported to police, seven of which involved residences at 3700 Morrell Ave. (May 5), 2300 Ashwood Ave. (April 23), 3800 Salina Road (April 28), 3800 Fairdale Road (May 2), 11800 Colman Terrace (April 26), 3400 Red Lion Road (April 23) and 4500 Enfield Ave. (April 28). Two burglaries were reported at businesses at 9400 State Road (May 5) and 8400 Frankford Ave. (April 26), along with one at a place of worship at 8800 Ashton Road (May 1).

• There were 75 thefts reported during the period, including 19 that occurred at businesses, seven in the street, two at residences, two at schools, one at a medical facility and three at unspecified types of locations. There also were 13 auto thefts, 25 thefts from autos and three auto tag thefts in the district.

15th Police District

• There were 38 robberies reported to police, including 34 that occurred in the street at 2000 Larue St. (April 23), 1800 Bridge St. (April 26), 4800 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 28), 5200 Jackson St. (May 1), 4700 Longshore Ave. (May 3), 1400 Bridge St. (May 4), 1500 Foulkrod St. (April 26), 4500 Frankford Ave. (April 27), 4700 Longshore Ave. (April 29), 4100 Comly St. (April 29), 5200 Torresdale Ave. (April 23), 6300 Torresdale Ave. (April 23), 1800 Harrison St. (April 23), 3400 Ryan Ave. (April 24), 2800 Cottman Ave. (April 24), an unspecified block of Cottman Ave. (April 24), 1300 Pratt St. (April 24), 1400 Bridge St. (April 25), 5200 Frankford Ave. (April 25), 5700 Frankford Ave. (April 25), 4100 Paul St. (April 25), 4300 Comly St. (April 26), 5200 Burton St. (April 29), 6500 Ditman St. (April 30), 1000 Bridge St. (April 30), 5600 Tulip St. (April 30), 4400 Marple St. (May 1), 5000 Oxford Ave. (May 1), 1600 Margaret St. (May 2), 5200 Frankford Ave. (May 2), 1100 Pratt St. (May 3), 5300 Akron St. (April 26), 6200 Walker St. (May 3) and 6400 Marsden St. (May 5). Robberies also occurred at three residences at 2600 Elbridge St. (April 23), 5800 Walker St. (April 24) and 6100 Algard St. (April 29), as well as one unspecified type of location at Orthodox and Paul streets (April 28).

• Among 27 aggravated assaults reported in the district, 15 occurred at residences at 4900 Penn St. (April 29), 1500 Sellers St. (May 3), 4800 Rawle St. (April 25), 3300 Lansing St. (April 29), 4500 Loring St. (April 26), 4700 Marple St. (May 3), 6000 Duffield St. (May 5), 3300 Aldine St. (April 22), 7100 Walker St. (April 24), 4800 Devereaux Ave. (May 1), 2000 Sanger St. (May 5), 7200 Algard St. (April 24), 5700 Torresdale Ave. (April 26) and 4600 Oakland St. (two on April 30). An additional 11 cases occurred in the street at 4700 Tacony St. (April 22), 1600 Meadow St. (April 25), 4300 Teesdale St. (April 25), Revere and Unruh streets (April 26), 2000 Margaret St. (April 28), 4000 Meridian St. (April 26), 6300 Revere St. (May 1), 4300 Longshore Ave. (May 2), 6800 Cottage St. (May 2), 3100 Saint Vincent St. (April 22) and Knorr and Marsden streets (April 30), while one occurred at a school at 1300 Unity St. (May 3).

• Nineteen burglaries were reported to police, including 17 that involved residences at 7300 Crispin St. (April 22), 4500 Elizabeth St. (April 24), 4500 Loring St. (April 28), 3100 Teesdale St. (April 28), 4200 Romain St. (May 4), 4600 Leiper St. (May 3), 4200 Roosevelt Blvd. (April 25), 6600 Torresdale Ave. (April 25), 6700 Tulip St. (April 26), 4800 Levick St. (May 1), 4400 Unruh Ave. (May 3 and 4), 5100 Erdrick St. (May 4), 2300 Duncan St. (April 23), 3100 Cottman Ave. (April 27), 1500 Sellers St. (April 30) and 6600 Montague St. (April 27). Two other burglaries occurred at businesses at 5200 Frankford Ave. (May 4) and 7200 Frankford Ave. (April 27).

• There were 120 thefts reported in the district, including 22 that occurred in the street, 21 at businesses, 10 at residences and one at a school, along with 34 auto thefts, 29 thefts from autos and three auto tag thefts. ••
