Jade loves to play

Jade is a lively young tabby girl who en­joys af­fec­tion and play­time. She is in foster care via For­got­ten Cats.

Jade would prefer to be the only kitty in a home. She is spayed and vac­cin­ated, and has tested neg­at­ive for the fe­line leuk­emia and AIDS vir­uses.

Ru­fus needs a new best friend

Ru­fus is a 1- to 2-year-old male box­er/pit bull mix who was found as a stray.

Ru­fus is happy and en­joys spend­ing time with people and cov­er­ing them in kisses. He likes oth­er dogs. He also loves to run and play in a high-en­ergy, good-natured style.

The dog is at Phil­adelphia’s An­im­al Care and Con­trol, at 111 W. Hunt­ing Park Ave. His tag num­ber is A07257926.

Ad­op­tion hours are week­days from 1 to 8 p.m. and week­ends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Bree wants to be your sun­shine

Bree is an af­fec­tion­ate young lady who likes sit­ting on people’s laps and chas­ing her fa­vor­ite furry toys.

The cat was born out­side last Oc­to­ber dur­ing Hur­ricane Sandy and brought in to safety by North­east An­im­al Res­cue. She is sweet and gentle, and is look­ing for a per­man­ent home.

Bree is spayed, mi­cro­chipped and cur­rent on vac­cin­a­tions. Her moth­er has tested neg­at­ive for the fe­line im­mun­ode­fi­ciency and leuk­emia vir­uses.
