Mack needs a forever home

This super handsome dude is Mack. He’s about 3 to 5 years old, weighs about 45 pounds and is an active guy. He’s been waiting at Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave., for a new family for a couple of months now.

Mack would love an adopter who can teach him how to be a proper dog and to put some fun in his life. His tag number is A19491850.

Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Biggie has a big heart

Biggie is a friendly 3-year-old white tabby. The poor boy was found in the parking lot of Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave., and was taken in before he got hurt. He loves making friends, playing, and enjoys hugs and cuddles. Biggie is unsure of dogs but is great with kids and other social, active kitties.

Biggie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped, and has tested negative for the feline leukemia and immunodeficiency viruses.

If interested, go to http://youtube/dfj6ECbYDo0 or email his foster mom at GDeNofa@aol.com ••

Fantastic four

Meet Catarina, Gigi, Phe Phe and Lizzy – four beautiful sisters who, along with their mom, were rescued from animal control.

These 4-month-old girls are affectionate and playful, and would love to cuddle and snuggle all day.

They are all medium-haired kittens, except Phe Phe, who has short hair. They are great with kids and other cats. They haven’t met any dogs yet, but with the right acclimation, they should do well. The girls can be adopted in pairs or by themselves.

All four girls are spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.  Their mom has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.

For information on the girls, or to fill out an adoption application, visit www.nar.rescuegroups.org ••
