Members of the Frankford Civic Association will start their Jan. 10 meeting by hearing from the 15th Police District’s new commander, Capt. John McCloskey.
Later in the session, members will discuss neighborhood zoning issues, said Pete Specos, the association’s president.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of Aria Health’s Frankford campus, 4900 Frankford Ave.
