Playtime for Rudy

Rudy is a playful 3- to 5-year-old dog who was found as a stray.

The 65-pound dog is at Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. His tag number is A18752452.

Rudy would love to be adopted by an active family who would take him on a lot of walks and give him lots of belly rubs.

Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ••

Roll Mister Marbles into your home

Mister Marbles is a young, blue and white British shorthair mix.

The 12-pound cat tested positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus but is healthy and can be retested in two to three months.

Mister Marbles is loving and sweet and meows for hugs and head bumps. He was found homeless. He is neutered and microchipped, and has tested negative for heartworms and the feline leukemia virus.

The twins

Tweety and Sylvester are talkative, affectionate and playful brothers who are looking to stay together in a permanent home.

The 4-year-old cats are on a special diet for urinary tract health. They are good with small dogs and love giving kisses and trying to catch a laser pointer’s red dot.

The cats are neutered and current on vaccinations, and have tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
