2nd Police District
• Nine robberies were reported in the district during the period, including four that occurred in the street at 7200 Castor Ave. (July 17), 5800 Alma St. (July 28), 1400 Magee Ave. (July 22) and 6400 Large St. (July 19). Robberies also occurred at four businesses at 4600 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 20), 7400 Bustleton Ave. (July 20), 7300 Bustleton Ave. (July 22) and 2300 Cottman Ave. (July 23), as well as one residence at 1100 Wellington St. (July 18).
• There were nine aggravated assaults reported to police, six of which occurred in the street at 2000 Levick St. (July 15), 800 Anchor St. (July 17), 6000 Castor Ave. (July 23), 6000 Tabor Ave. (July 26), 7800 Castor Ave. (July 27) and 900 Cottman Ave. (July 23). Two other cases occurred at residences at 7200 Algon Ave. (July 16) and 6600 Horrocks St. (July 19) as well as a business at 6700 Castor Ave. (July 28).
• Among 34 burglaries reported in the district, 32 involved residences at 1300 Robbins St. (July 18), 1200 Devereaux Ave. (two on July 19), 1100 Longshore Ave. (July 19), 6300 Elmhurst St. (July 21), 1100 Levick St. (July 21), 1200 Levick St. (July 21), 5900 Castor Ave. (July 23), 1200 Stirling St. (July 25), 700 Mayfair St. (July 20), 6300 Langdon St. (July 21), 6800 Lynford St. (July 25), 500 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 28), 1400 Vista St. (July 25), 6600 Lynford St. (July 16), 1300 Magee Ave. (July 17), 7400 Oxford Ave. (July 19), 1200 Van Kirk St. (July 20), 1300 Levick St. (July 22), 5300 Tabor Ave. (July 24), 5900 Elsinore St. (July 16), 6800 Rutland St. (July 17), 2200 Afton St. (July 22), 400 Levick St. (July 24), 200 Devereaux Ave. (July 25), 6200 Castor Ave. (July 21), 2100 Tyson Ave. (July 24), 1300 Unruh Ave. (July 25), 900 Loney St. (July 28), 2200 Knorr St. (July 21), 1400 Vista St. (July 21) and 1000 Magee Ave. (July 22). Two burglaries occurred at businesses at 5900 Rising Sun Ave. (July 20) and 6700 Rising Sun Ave. (July 18).
• There were 119 thefts reported during the period, including 31 that occurred at businesses, 27 in the street, 12 at residences and one at a school, along with 21 auto thefts and 27 thefts from autos.
7th Police District
• Two robberies were reported in the district, one of which occurred at a business at 8900 Krewstown Road (July 21) and one at a residence at 10700 Gifford Ave. (July 26).
• There were 16 aggravated assaults reported to police, including 12 that occurred in the street at 1800 Emerson St. (July 19), 700 Kentwood St. (July 21), 9800 Bustleton Ave. (nine cases on July 20) and 15100 Beverly Drive (July 24). Four more cases occurred at residences at 1800 Benton Ave. (two on July 24), 9200 Bustleton Ave. (July 24) and 2200 Hoffnagle St. (July 25).
• Among 11 burglaries reported in the district, 10 involved residences at 800 Benson St. (July 20), 1900 Tustin Ave. (July 24), 800 Southampton Road (July 27), 400 Hoffnagle St. (July 16), 8800 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 15), 500 Strahle St. (July 15), 2400 Tremont St. (July 18), 600 Stanwood St. (July 19), 8800 Krewstown Road (July 20) and 1100 Solly Ave. (July 22). One additional case was reported at a medical facility at 1700 Welsh Road (July 16).
• There were 45 thefts reported in the district, including eight at businesses, six in the street, six at residences, one at a public transit facility and one at an unspecified type of facility. There also were six auto thefts and 17 thefts from autos reported during the period.
8th Police District
• Three robberies were reported to police at a residence at 11700 Millbrook Road (July 17), at a bank at 2500 Welsh Road (July 16) and in the street at 2500 Welsh Road (July 17).
• Among six aggravated assaults reported during the period, three occurred at residences at 8500 Marsden St. (July 20), 4200 Woodhaven Road (July 23) and 9500 Frankford Ave. (July 18), along with three that occurred in the street at 8000 Frankford Ave. (July 17), 12400 Medford Road (July 21) and 4600 Wilbrock St. (July 22).
• There were nine burglaries reported during the period, including seven that involved residences at 2800 Nightingale Road (July 16), 10800 Crestmont Ave. (July 24), 2700 Axe Factory Road (July 18), 12400 Medford Road (July 19), 4300 Greenmount Road (July 21), 2700 Rhawn St. (July 23) and 200 Ridgefield Road (July 27). There also were burglaries at a business at 100 Franklin Mills Blvd. (July 27) and a medical facility at 8000 Frankford Ave. (July 15).
• Police received 74 theft reports in the district, including 24 that occurred at businesses, seven in the street, five at residences, two at medical facilities, one at a police station and one at an unspecified type of property. There also were 17 auto thefts and 17 thefts from autos during the period.
15th Police District
• There were 11 robberies reported in the district, including nine that occurred in the street at Penn and Wakeling streets (July 18), 1700 Pratt St. (July 23), an unspecified block of Frankford Ave. (July 27), 4200 Bleigh Ave. (July 28), 5800 Keystone St. (July 27), 2100 Bridge St. (July 18), 6900 Keystone St. (July 16), Walker and Robbins streets (July 18) and 5700 Frankford Ave. (July 18). Robberies also occurred at two businesses at 6500 Harbison Ave. (July 25) and 7500 Frankford Ave. (July 21).
• Among 17 aggravated assaults reported to police, 11 occurred in the street at 1700 Meadow St. (July 20), 4700 Tackawanna St. (July 21), 1000 Foulkrod St. (July 16), 2100 Bridge St. (July 18), 1700 Bridge St. (July 21), 4700 Frankford Ave. (July 22), 4300 Tackawanna St. (July 16), 4400 Longshore Ave. (July 21), 7900 Torresdale Ave. (July 24), 1900 Lardner St. (July 26) and 1700 E. Cheltenham Ave. (July 25). Six more cases were reported at residences at 5000 Homestead St. (July 18), 4200 Romain St. (July 20), 5000 Jackson St. (July 23), 5000 Comly St. (July 19), 3400 Tyson Ave. (July 28) and 1500 Adams Ave. (July 20).
• There were 24 burglaries reported in the district, 23 of which involved residences at 5400 Torresdale Ave. (July 16), 6300 Leonard St. (July 18), 4300 Pilling St. (July 19), 1100 Bridge St. (July 22), 5200 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 27), 6100 Walker St. (July 24), 2100 Bridge St. (July 16), 4400 Princeton Ave. (July 17), 2100 Fraley St. (July 18), 4600 Edmund St. (July 18), 7100 Edmund St. (July 19), 4900 Penn St. (July 20), 4900 Mulberry St. (July 21), 4400 Higbee St. (July 22), 5400 Valley St. (July 23), an unspecified block of Cottman Ave. (July 28), 2100 Larue St. (July 16), 4900 Charles St. (July 22), 5000 Torresdale Ave. (July 23), 5200 Akron St. (July 25), 4700 Loring St. (July 20), 4000 Roosevelt Blvd. (July 25) and 7200 Marsden St. (July 16). One burglary occurred at a business at 3200 Ryan Ave. (July 23).
• There were 128 thefts reported to police, including 26 that occurred in the street, 19 at businesses and 10 at residences, along with 36 auto thefts and 37 thefts from autos. ••
