After being closed for more than a month and undergoing a three-week renovation and redecoration, Hinge Café, at 2652 E. Somerset St., re-opened at 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12, and was oon serving its first customers breakfast, with items on the menu including breakfast bruschetta, oatmeal cake and a braised kale omelet.
Simone, of Port Richmond, said the revitalized Hinge would continue bringing “family-friendly comfort-style” dining to the neighborhood.
In addition to offering breakfast and lunch every day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Hinge will be serving dinner Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 10 p.m. – and the lunch menu will be available at dinnertime, too.
