Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted (November 21, 2012)

The Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment’s North­east De­tect­ives Di­vi­sion is seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in loc­at­ing the fol­low­ing most-wanted sus­pects in con­nec­tion with crimes in the North­east:

• Kyle Bob, 31, is wanted for burg­lary and re­lated of­fenses.

On Oct. 25 at about 11:30 a.m., Bob al­legedly ar­rived at the home of a wo­man ac­quaint­ance and de­man­ded that he be per­mit­ted to enter, but the wo­man re­fused, prompt­ing Bob to kick in the door. Once in­side, Bob al­legedly threw the wo­man against a wall, placed a pock­etknife against her throat and threatened to kill her.

The wo­man broke free, fled the house and summoned po­lice. After Bob fled, the vic­tim re­turned to the house to dis­cov­er that un­spe­cified per­son­al prop­erty had been stolen, po­lice said.

Bob is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the 5900 block of Tulip St.

• Wade Clem­ent, 27, is wanted for ag­grav­ated as­sault and re­lated of­fenses.

On Sept. 13 at about 1 a.m., Clem­ent was at the home of a wo­man ac­quaint­ance when the two began ar­guing and he al­legedly punched the wo­man in the face. He then pulled a knife, scraped the wo­man’s face with it and stabbed her in the hand as she tried to pro­tect her­self, po­lice said. Clem­ent fled the house as the vic­tim called 911.

Clem­ent is black, 6 feet 3 inches tall and 250 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the area of 4600 Long­shore Ave.

• Kareem Mar­able, 20, is wanted for rob­bery and re­lated of­fenses.

On May 8 at about 10 p.m., Mar­able and a wo­man began to ar­gue in the street on the 2900 block of Ben­ner St. As the dis­pute es­cal­ated, Mar­able al­legedly shoved the wo­man, rifled through her pock­ets and took $55 cash from her. When the vic­tim fell to the ground, po­lice said, Mar­able in­struc­ted two oth­er wo­men ac­quaint­ances to kick the vic­tim re­peatedly. He also threatened to put the vic­tim in a “body bag,” po­lice said.

Mar­able is black, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and tat­toos on both fore­arms and both sides of his neck. He is known to fre­quent the area of 2900 Ben­ner St.

• Al­phonse Rome, 22, is wanted for rob­bery and re­lated of­fenses.

On March 7 at about 10:40 p.m., Rome al­legedly robbed an­oth­er man at gun­point in the park­ing lot of an apart­ment build­ing at Wood­haven and Bar­bary roads. The vic­tim ar­rived at the loc­a­tion in a car and en­countered Rome as he ex­ited the vehicle. 

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, Rome punched the vic­tim in the face twice, poin­ted a hand­gun at him, beat him on the head with the weapon and stole jew­elry from the vic­tim, as well as pre­scrip­tion med­ic­a­tion.

Rome, also known as “Juvy,” is black, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the area of 3100 Wood­haven Road.

• Quasaun Scott, 21, is wanted for rob­bery and re­lated of­fenses.

On Oct. 15, at about 10:30 p.m., Scott and two ac­com­plices al­legedly robbed then shot an­oth­er man on the 6000 block of Agusta St. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the vic­tim was on a bi­cycle and had stopped on the block to speak with a friend when Scott and two ac­com­plices ap­proached them.

When the vic­tim’s friend left the vi­cin­ity, the three rob­bers poin­ted hand­guns at the vic­tim and rifled through his pock­ets, po­lice said. The crooks then grabbed the vic­tim’s bi­cycle and ordered him to run. As the vic­tims fled on foot, Scott al­legedly shot him in the back and right arm.

The vic­tim was treated for his wounds at an area hos­pit­al and sur­vived.

Scott is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to fre­quent the area of 800 Dis­ston St.
