The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Lucas J. Davis, 20, of the 4600 block of Vista St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations and related charges.
On Jan. 24 at about 5 p.m., police responded to a report of a person with a gun on the 8000 block of Frankford Ave. and discovered a man with a gunshot wound of the left knee. Police did not disclose how they identified Davis as the primary suspect.
Davis is considered armed and dangerous. He is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
• Adam Hesse, 27, of the 4400 block of N. Seventh St., for burglary, theft, trespassing, weapons violations and related charges.
Hesse is wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred Nov. 14 between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. on the 4700 block of Penn St. Taken in the break-in were a 32-inch television, an Xbox game system, a .40-caliber handgun and an assault rifle. Police allegedly found the suspect’s fingerprints at the scene.
Hesse is considered armed and dangerous. He is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes, along with tattoos on both forearms, his upper right arm, his left hand and the rear of his neck.
• Raymond Lucera, 23, of the 6800 block of Edmund St., for burglary and trespassing.
Police have identified Lucera as the suspect in a Jan. 11 burglary on the 6800 block of Edmund St. The crime occurred after 6:40 a.m. but before 4:15 p.m., and involved Xbox, Nintendo DS and Wii game systems, along with other items.
Lucera is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
• Joseph MacWilliams, 18, of the 6800 block of Rutland St., for burglary and a bench warrant.
On Jan. 2, MacWilliams allegedly “walked away” from The Bridge, a non-profit behavior health treatment facility at 8400 Pine Road. A Family Court judge had adjudicated MacWilliams to the residential facility after police arrested him for the Jan. 4 burglary of a home on the 300 block of E. Cheltenham Ave.
MacWilliams is white, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has dark hair and eyes, along with tattoos on both forearms and his chest, including flames rising to his neckline.
• Justin Person, 29, of the 7200 block of Marsden St., for theft, receiving stolen property and related charges.
On Jan. 14, Person was staying at a friend’s residence on the 6400 block of Marsden St. when the friend came home to find his laptop computer was missing. Police claim that Person took the computer and resold it to a local business.
Person is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
