• Lucas J. Davis, 20, of the 4600 block of Vista St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations and related charges.

On Jan. 24 at about 5 p.m., police responded to a report of a person with a gun on the 8000 block of Frankford Ave. and discovered a man with a gunshot wound of the left knee. Police did not disclose how they identified Davis as the primary suspect.

Hesse is wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred Nov. 14 between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. on the 4700 block of Penn St. Taken in the break-in were a 32-inch television, an Xbox game system, a .40-caliber handgun and an assault rifle. Police have identified Lucera as the suspect in a Jan. 11 burglary on the 6800 block of Edmund St. The crime occurred after 6:40 a.m. but before 4:15 p.m., and involved Xbox, Nintendo DS and Wii game systems, along with other items.

On Jan. 2, MacWilliams allegedly “walked away” from The Bridge, a non-profit behavior health treatment facility at 8400 Pine Road. A Family Court judge had adjudicated MacWilliams to the residential facility after police arrested him for the Jan. 4 burglary of a home on the 300 block of E. Cheltenham Ave.
