Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment’s North­east De­tect­ives Di­vi­sion is seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in loc­at­ing the fol­low­ing most-wanted sus­pects in con­nec­tion with crimes in the North­east:

• Ta­jan Durham, 18, of the 6800 block of Dit­man St., for at­temp­ted murder, ag­grav­ated as­sault, weapons vi­ol­a­tions and re­lated charges.

On Nov. 14, Durham al­legedly wounded a 10-year-old child in the leg when he shot a gun on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Po­lice don’t be­lieve the vic­tim was the in­ten­ded tar­get of the gun­fire. The young­ster was found ly­ing in the street and taken to St. Chris­toph­er’s Hos­pit­al for Chil­dren for treat­ment of the non-fatal wound.

Durham al­legedly left the scene after the shoot­ing, but wit­nesses and oth­er evid­ence im­plic­ated him, po­lice said.

Durham is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

• Robert Flex­er, 55, of the 1600 block of Bridge St., for ag­grav­ated as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment and re­lated charges.

On Nov. 3, Flex­er al­legedly quarreled with  a wo­man in his res­id­ence. Flex­er es­cal­ated the dis­pute in­to a phys­ic­al al­ter­ca­tion, po­lice said, by strik­ing her sev­er­al times to cause nu­mer­ous scratches and bruises to her back, along with a swollen and bruised left eye.

Flex­er is white, 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, with gray­ing hair, a gray mous­tache and blue eyes.

• Tammi Mc­Cutcheon, 34, of the 8000 block of Frank­ford Ave., for burg­lary, tres­passing, for­gery and re­lated charges.

On Ju­ly 24, a res­id­ent of the 1800 block of Mower St. re­por­ted to po­lice that someone had broken in­to her home and stolen $500 cash, a deb­it/cred­it card and oth­er be­long­ings. Sub­sequently, the miss­ing card was used to make pur­chases at sev­er­al busi­nesses in the area.

De­tect­ives went to the in­volved busi­nesses, gathered in­form­a­tion about the cred­it-card user and iden­ti­fied Mc­Cutcheon as the sus­pect.

Mc­Cutcheon is white, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 155 pounds, with red or au­burn hair and hazel eyes.

• Lamar Os­borne, 28, of the 6700 block of Gillespie St., for at­temp­ted murder, ag­grav­ated as­sault, weapons vi­ol­a­tions, mak­ing ter­ror­ist­ic threats and re­lated charges.

On Dec. 2, Os­borne al­legedly quarreled with an­oth­er man on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Os­borne left the area mo­ment­ar­ily, but re­turned minutes later with two oth­er men in a black Mer­cury sedan, po­lice said.

Os­borne al­legedly ex­ited the car and threatened the vic­tim verbally as Os­borne’s two com­pan­ions al­legedly ex­ited the car and began shoot­ing. The vic­tim suffered sev­er­al wounds of the legs and shoulder and was treated suc­cess­fully at Aria Health-Tor­res­dale. The three men fled the scene.

Os­borne is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

• Larry Wil­li­ams, 28, of the 5500 block of Tor­res­dale Ave., for at­temp­ted murder, ag­grav­ated as­sault, weapons vi­ol­a­tions, mak­ing ter­ror­ist­ic threats and re­lated charges.

Wil­li­ams al­legedly was a con­spir­at­or with Os­borne in the Dec. 2 shoot­ing on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Wil­li­ams wasn’t in­volved in the ini­tial quar­rel, po­lice said, but re­turned to the block with Os­borne and an­oth­er man. As Os­borne threatened the vic­tim verbally, Wil­li­ams and the third con­spir­at­or al­legedly shot the vic­tim nu­mer­ous times.

The vic­tim suffered non-fatal wounds of the legs and shoulder.

Wil­li­ams is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds, with black, knot­ted hair; brown eyes; a thin mous­tache and goat­ee; and tat­toos on both sides of his neck.
