The Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Detectives Division is seeking the public’s help in locating the following most-wanted suspects in connection with crimes in the Northeast:
• Tajan Durham, 18, of the 6800 block of Ditman St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations and related charges.
On Nov. 14, Durham allegedly wounded a 10-year-old child in the leg when he shot a gun on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Police don’t believe the victim was the intended target of the gunfire. The youngster was found lying in the street and taken to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children for treatment of the non-fatal wound.
Durham allegedly left the scene after the shooting, but witnesses and other evidence implicated him, police said.
Durham is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
• Robert Flexer, 55, of the 1600 block of Bridge St., for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and related charges.
On Nov. 3, Flexer allegedly quarreled with a woman in his residence. Flexer escalated the dispute into a physical altercation, police said, by striking her several times to cause numerous scratches and bruises to her back, along with a swollen and bruised left eye.
Flexer is white, 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, with graying hair, a gray moustache and blue eyes.
• Tammi McCutcheon, 34, of the 8000 block of Frankford Ave., for burglary, trespassing, forgery and related charges.
On July 24, a resident of the 1800 block of Mower St. reported to police that someone had broken into her home and stolen $500 cash, a debit/credit card and other belongings. Subsequently, the missing card was used to make purchases at several businesses in the area.
Detectives went to the involved businesses, gathered information about the credit-card user and identified McCutcheon as the suspect.
McCutcheon is white, 5 feet 2 inches tall and 155 pounds, with red or auburn hair and hazel eyes.
• Lamar Osborne, 28, of the 6700 block of Gillespie St., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations, making terroristic threats and related charges.
On Dec. 2, Osborne allegedly quarreled with another man on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Osborne left the area momentarily, but returned minutes later with two other men in a black Mercury sedan, police said.
Osborne allegedly exited the car and threatened the victim verbally as Osborne’s two companions allegedly exited the car and began shooting. The victim suffered several wounds of the legs and shoulder and was treated successfully at Aria Health-Torresdale. The three men fled the scene.
Osborne is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
• Larry Williams, 28, of the 5500 block of Torresdale Ave., for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons violations, making terroristic threats and related charges.
Williams allegedly was a conspirator with Osborne in the Dec. 2 shooting on the 6700 block of Marsden St. Williams wasn’t involved in the initial quarrel, police said, but returned to the block with Osborne and another man. As Osborne threatened the victim verbally, Williams and the third conspirator allegedly shot the victim numerous times.
The victim suffered non-fatal wounds of the legs and shoulder.
Williams is black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds, with black, knotted hair; brown eyes; a thin moustache and goatee; and tattoos on both sides of his neck.
