Detectives name Northeast’s most wanted

The Phil­adelphia Po­lice De­part­ment’s North­east De­tect­ives Di­vi­sion is seek­ing the pub­lic’s help in loc­at­ing the fol­low­ing most-wanted sus­pects in con­nec­tion with crimes in the North­east:

• An­thony Bracy, 28, of the 4400 block of N. Sev­enth St., for rob­bery, car­jack­ing, theft and re­lated of­fenses.

On Nov. 17, Bracy al­legedly was rid­ing in the front pas­sen­ger seat of a car driv­en by a wo­man on the 5900 block of Sum­mer­dale Ave. when he be­came angry, punched the dash­board and forced the driver to pull over. Bracy then ex­ited the car, po­lice said, walked around to the driver’s side, pulled the driver from the vehicle and threw her to the ground, caus­ing in­jur­ies to her knees. Bracy al­legedly drove off in the vehicle.

Bracy is black, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

• Daniel Dittmar, 25, of the 1700 block of Hope Ave. in Ben­s­alem, for theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty.

On Aug. 31, a wo­man re­por­ted to Phil­adelphia po­lice that her jew­elry had been stolen from her home on the 3300 block of Lester Road and that Dittmar, a friend of the vic­tim’s daugh­ter, had been stay­ing in the home around the time that the items dis­ap­peared. De­tect­ives later de­term­ined that Dittmar al­legedly sold the miss­ing jew­elry to two stores at Frank­lin Mills mall without the vic­tim’s con­sent.

Dittmar is white, 6 feet tall and 195 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

• Mar­celles Hobbs, 23, of the 5900 block of Shisler St., for burg­lary, theft and re­lated of­fenses.

On May 16, a man re­turned to his home on the 5900 block of Belden St. and dis­covered that he had been burg­lar­ized. The crook had taken his Apple iPad, Apple Mac­Book Pro, Xbox, Sony PSP Go and M1 semi­auto­mat­ic rifle. Po­lice claim they ini­tially found the miss­ing iPad in­side Hobbs’ res­id­ence, then ob­tained a war­rant to search the place. They al­legedly re­covered the miss­ing Xbox and PSP Go in­side Hobbs’ bed­room. Hobbs is black, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

• Miguel Melen­dez-Colon, 23, of the 4200 block of Vista St., for rob­bery, ag­grav­ated as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment and re­lated of­fenses.

On Jan. 11 at about 10 p.m., Melen­dez-Colon al­legedly ar­gued with a wo­man in­side the same house, choked her with his hands, poin­ted a .38-caliber semi­auto­mat­ic hand­gun at her and threatened her. He then stole her mo­bile phone, $500 cash and Ac­cess card be­fore flee­ing, po­lice said.

Melen­dez-Colon is con­sidered armed and dan­ger­ous. He is His­pan­ic with light skin and is 5 feet 3 inches tall. His weight is not known. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

•Adam Sin­anan, 22, of the 4700 block of Griscom St., for ag­grav­ated as­sault, reck­less en­dan­ger­ment, fire­arms vi­ol­a­tions and re­lated of­fenses.

On Dec. 14 at about 9 a.m., a wo­man was walk­ing a 5-month-old boy along the 4200 block of Frank­ford Ave. when Sin­anan al­legedly ap­proached the pair in a black vehicle, stopped, ex­ited the vehicle and began ar­guing with the wo­man. Dur­ing the con­front­a­tion, Sin­anan struck the wo­man in the face and poin­ted a small black hand­gun at her and the boy, po­lice said. He then re-entered the vehicle and fled. Po­lice ob­served that the wo­man had a cut lip.

Sin­anan is con­sidered armed and dan­ger­ous. He is black, 6 feet 5 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
